Our Beer
We focus on brewing modern, experimental beers—everything from the crispiest Pilsner to the juiciest Double IPA to the most decadent pastry stout. We are continually inspired by our surroundings, both in Door County and from our friends and fellow craft brewers across the country/world.
Cans
All of our canned beers are brewed, fermented, and packaged in our brewing facility in Baileys Harbor. Most of these brands are only brewed once or twice a year, so be sure to grab them when you see them.
Bottles
Our bottled beers spend time fermenting and aging down the street from our main brewing facility, in our dedicated barrel facility. These beers take time and patience—most of them taking 1-2 years to produce. Many of these beers are produced with locally sourced ingredients, as we attempt to highlight time and place in a bottle.
